When Top It Off became a full-time pursuit five years ago, we knew we were launching on an exciting journey. We just hadn't imagined how much fun it would be. Now hundreds of customers and three kids later (Haley Rasser, Lily Rasser and John Hoenscheid), there is nothing that we would rather be doing than working with our customers to bring an ever-expanding line of products that are made with a blend of fashion, function and fun.
