Cancellation Policy:
For cancelled orders, that have already gone into production, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Returns
Returns or exchanged are accepted only on items puchased at Top It Off's On-Line Store, or at Top It Off shopping event.
For items purchased at Top It Off authorized retailers, returns or exchanges must be made at the store where items were originally purchased.
Return Authorization Number:
Examine all items upon arrical. If any are defective or unsatisfactory, please call Top It Off within 10 days from the date of delivery.
All requests for returning items must be issued a Return Authorization Number.
No items will be accepted without one. Please mark the outside of the box with the RA #. If the item is replaceable, we will issue a duplicate upon the return of the damaged item.
It the item is not replaceable, a company credit memo will be issued to put toward your next order.

Exchanges:
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for all shipping charges when making an exchange
