We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept online Top it Off gift cards.
Charging Your Credit Card
We charge your credit card on date of ship. If your order is shipped in multiple shipments, we will charge your credit card separately for each shipment.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise for orders shipped to: MA and VA.
Shipping In The United States
We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We ship via the USPS. Please provide a USPS recognized shipping address for your orders.
Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days, unless an item is not currently in stock. We will email you in the event that an item is not in stock.
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders of $50 and up.
Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $7.50.

Returns and Exchanges
We strive for quality merchandise with every piece. However, if there is a defect, please contact us at fashion@TopItOffAccessories.com or 617.323.2605 x1 for a Return Authorization. We will make every effort to replace the defective item. If we cannot, a full refund will be made. We will provide you with a return label for your defective item. Once received, we will send you the replacement (or issue a credit).
If you decide that an item isn’t to your liking, we are happy to help. Please contact us at fashion@TopItOffAccessories.com or 617.323.2605 x1, and you will be issued a Return Authorization and provided with the return address. A return can be made within 30 days for an exchange or full refund.
