Payment Options

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Charging Your Credit Card

We charge your credit card on date of ship. If your order is shipped in multiple shipments, we will charge your credit card separately for each shipment.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise for orders shipped to: MA and VA.

Shipping In The United States

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We ship via the USPS. Please provide a USPS recognized shipping address for your orders.

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days, unless an item is not currently in stock. We will email you in the event that an item is not in stock.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders of $50 and up.

Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $7.95.

Returns and Exchanges

At Top It Off we strive to provide high quality products for our customers, as well as TOP notch customer service.  Please review your order as soon as you receive it.  If you think you received any incorrect or defective items, please contact our customer service department at fashion@topitoffaccessories.com or call 617-323-2605 x 1 within 30 days of receipt.

 RETURN POLICY:

  • All returns need to be pre-authorized by Top It Off.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and tags must still be attached.
  • All returns must be reported within 30 days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse.
  • Refunds are only issued in the original form of payment.

OUR EASY RETURN PROCESS:

If your return meets the requirements above, we offer a simple option to send back your merchandise!

1) Free returns or exchanges on orders of $50 and up. A UPS return label and a return authorization number will be issued, and sent to the email you provide.

2) For defective or miss-shipped merchandise, a UPS return label and a return authorization number will be issued, and sent to the email you provide.

3) Returns or exchanges from an order under $50 can be returned by your carrier of choice.  Please call or email us to request a return authorization number.

3) Place your return label and write the RA number on the outside of the box.

4) Once we receive your return we will send a replacement, refund your credit card, or accommodate your exchange.

5) Due to limited quantities of each style we cannot guarantee an exchange, but we can work with you to seek other options.

6) Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.  Once the refund or has been processed you will receive an email confirmation.
