Charging Your Credit Card

Once your credit card is charged orders ship out within 1-3 business days. If the item is a pre-order your card will be charged on the day we receive the order, and item will be shipped once it's in stock.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise for orders shipped to: Virginia

Shipping In The United States

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We ship via the UPS or USPS. Please provide a USPS recognized shipping address for your orders.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days, unless an item is not currently in stock. We will email you in the event that an item is not in stock. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more.

Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $7.95.

Returns

At Top It Off we strive to provide high quality products for our customers, as well as TOP notch customer service.  Please review your order as soon as you receive it.  If you think you received any incorrect or defective items, please fill out the Return Request page within 30 Days of receipt. 

 RETURN POLICY:

  • All returns need to be pre-authorized by Top It Off.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and tags must still be attached.
  • All returns must be reported within 30 days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse.
  • Refunds are only issued in the original form of payment.
  • Holiday gift returns will be accepted until January 15, 2023.

OUR EASY RETURN PROCESS:

If your return meets the requirements above, we offer a simple option to send back your merchandise!

1) Free returns on orders of $50 and up. A UPS return label and a return authorization number will be issued and sent to the email you provide.

2) For defective or miss-shipped merchandise, a UPS return label and a return authorization number will be issued and sent to the email you provide.

3) Returns from an order under $50 can be returned by your carrier of choice.  Please call or email us to request a return authorization number.

3) Place your return label and write the RA number on the outside of the box.

4) Once we receive your return, we will refund your credit card.

6) Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.  Once the refund has been processed you will receive an email confirmation.

If you qualify for or have questions about returns, please fill out and submit the contact information on the Return Request page. While filling out the contact page, please include your Order Number and the Style Number(s) of the item(s) you would like to return for faster processing.
